1. The owner of the sklep.sleepon.eu website is Bluesuitcase.pl Mateusz Kowalski with its registered office in Kraków at ul. Szlachtowskiego 12B, NIP 677-221-96-41.

2. The sklep.sleepon.eu website collects information provided by users in the contact form, collecting server logs by the hosting company and storing cookie files on Users' devices.

3. The website may save connection data such as IP address and connection time.

II. Information on data processing

1. The administrator of your data is Bluesuitcase.pl Mateusz Kowalski with its registered office at ul. Szlachtowskiego 12B, 30-132 Kraków.

2. Bluesuitcase.pl Mateusz Kowalski may ask Customers to provide the following data:

name and surname;

company name;

street, house and apartment number;

zip code and city;

email and phone number;

NIP (Tax Identification Number) and REGON (National Business Registry Number) numbers.

2. Bluesuitcase.pl Mateusz Kowalski processes data only for the purposes of:

invoicing;

business contacts;

execution of orders;

presentation of commercial offers;

processing of complaints;

3. In order to ensure the security of the information entrusted , internal procedures have been developed to prevent leakage.

4. In order to fulfill a concluded contract, the Administrator has the right to transfer entrusted data to other recipients in two cases:

a forwarding company - to deliver products to the address indicated

product distributors - to directly deliver products to the indicated address 

5. All data are provided by the Customer voluntarily; however, their lack prevents establishing cooperation with the Administrator.

6. The Administrator provides the Customer with access to personal data, as well as their rectification, deletion and transfer and also withdrawal of consent to their processing. In the event of withdrawal of consent, the data may not be further processed by the Administrator.

III. Information about cookies

The following cookie policy is protected by copyright that belongs to IAB Polska

1. The website does not automatically collect any information, except for information contained in cookie files.

2. Cookie files (so-called "cookies") are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored on the Website User's end device and are intended for using the Website's pages.
